The catholic church
When Pope Pius the XII (1939-1958) became pope he made it clear that he didn't support the Nazis, he was one of the strongest voices speaking against the reign of terror, but officially the Pope signed a paper declaring he would not try to stop the massacre of Jews as long as the Nazis didn't get involved with the Church. The pope believed that Catholic people were the number one priority. Though it is now well known that there where many pastors that hid Jews from the Nazis, they would provide fake baptismal certificates and they would hide Jewish refugees. Although the Pope couldn't stop the genocide he did provide 7000 visas for escapees to Brazil, plus after the war the Vatican used a lot of its funding to help the survivors of the holocaust, now it is official that the Catholic Church is against any type of genocide.
